a quick packed lunch

i needed something healthy to bring to work so i filled my bowl half way with short grain brown rice leftovers, a handful of spinash, and a carrot. for dressing soy sauce packets do just great. i also brought a little banana miso homemade dressing from the night before. this salad only had 4 ingredients but it was delicious and a healthy meal for my afternoon.
