We have had a lot of adventures this summer not to mention Otis turned 1 July 15th! We couldn't ask for a more fun, sweeter, sillier, snufflier companion. He is the best and has made our hearts grow three sizes

+ Three mint simple syrup
Nothing beats home made cocktails on your front porch in the summer evenings. Our go to is usually a fresh ginger with lemon and soda bourbon drink, but we just bought a nice bottle of rum for the season and are going to make some new recipes. Today i harvested a 1/2 cup of our three mints, Kentucky Spearmint, Peppermint, and Corsican Mint to make a simple syrup. This syrup will go great in mint juleps, rum and lime, cucumber infusions, or just a plain mint club soda.

+ Im Back!
After a long, eventful and busy summer I'm back! My old computer pretty much died on me, or outdated itself disabling most internet usage. But I've got a brand new computer now and its amazing. Soon i will post pictures from this summer as well as design projects!

+ Pacifica
Pacifica was grey and foggy during our whole 20 hour stay. It was a little run down but its quiet streets and old shanty houses has a odd charm to them. The coast was beautiful, the night was cold.
